37 weeks & Waiting...

I cannot believe tomorrow I will be 37 weeks!  In a way it has flown by and in another way it has taken forever to get here!  I am getting anxious/excited for the delivery but not before I get all my little 'projects' around the house done.. of course.  I am still in need of packing the babies bag and mine as well.  I am not convinced I will be needing it anytime soon seeing that there was absolutely NO dilation when I was at the OB's on Tuesday.  From here on out it is such a mind game and trying to keep yourself convinced you are not going to go early.  I thought I had done a good job of this until the OB said there was nothing going on and I felt a little saddened.  Something I didn't expect.  

So I am keeping myself as busy as my body will let me and I am making myself enjoy this childless time, because it will never be like this again.  

Here is a list of the things I am enjoying in this stage of life...

• Sleeping in and laying in bed until I want to (though this doesnt happen very often because as soon as Zeke hears me move he is ready for me to get up and pay attention to him)
  
• Taking a nap in the middle of the day without having to listen for a crying baby (it makes it difficult to do this though when Zeke demands to be petted and loved on or else... do you see a running theme?)
• Enjoying my evenings on the couch with Adam and not having to share him with anyone (well expect for Zeke, sometimes we fight over him..)
  

Okay so yes, my dog plays a huge part in our lives and I have no clue how this is going to turn out with an added baby!  I told Adam the other day that we needed to have a new toy for Zeke when we come home from the hospital and he looked at me like I had a third eye.. am I crazy?!  I thought that is what you did.. no?!

As I have been typing I have almost finished a bowl of fresh watermelon that my mother in law sent over.. opps I was going to share it with Adam.  It was the baby not me.
