God is so good.  We had a phone consultation about what my new test results were. I was so scared, nervous and ready.  It has been a tough month between being sick and living on saltines and sprite (SO not part of the diet) and the holidays.  I feel like I have "fallen off the wagon" MANY times this month.  That can be a little discouraging to say the least.

So to hear the doctor say things were improving was such a blessing!  Here's the scoop:

My electrolytes went down a little but because I was getting over a sinus infection when I tested he said that isn't a cause or concern.

My body is becoming more alkaline.

My carb metabolism is the same which needs to improve but hey at least it hasn't gotten worse!

My protein metabolism has gotten better as well as MY LIVER!!! wohoo.  I have been waiting to hear that one :)

And the best thing to hear is that my adrenal stress has improved.

What sweet words.  

I just had to sing his praises for a minute. 

In other life happenings.. 

we are heading to Oklahoma this week for Christmas which will be a lot of fun.  Most everyone there has not met Josiah yet so I am so excited for that!  Today is a day of laundry, getting last minute presents, packing, getting the house in order and try to not get overwhelmed.  

So far so good.

I am bound and determined to photograph Josiah's first Christmas so when we get back I will post some goodness.
