goat cheese pizza.
Okay so I was craving pizza this week and because of my being off of dairy it made it difficult because to me you cant have a good pizza without CHEESE! I love my cheese. But I have become a huge fan of herb and garlic goat cheese. So I took a wheat tortilla wrap with 8 net carbs and slathered it in goat cheese (trust me its good!)
I then spread some pizza sauce on it
we had some aging tomatoes in the fridge so I sliced them up and put those on as well.
I love mushrooms so of course I had to throw some on there :)
I then topped the pizza off with some extra salami we had laying around.
to make everything better you have to put a little oil on it to make it crispy.
and here is the finished product. It was VERY tasty and look forward to making it again very soon.
